Travel - Manchester In Monochrome 2023

In June 2023 I went to Manchester for a few nights with the better half. We are very familiar with the city and it is a photography favourite of mine whatever the weather.

Manchester is a cracking city, the people are very friendly and a great laugh............... plus the food and drink is way more affordable up north!

On this occasion though,I decided I would shoot entirely in monochrome, so everything I saw through my viewfinder was in black and white. This was an interesting exercise and one I really enjoyed as I had no colour distractions. This meant I could focus on the light and the subject, so here are the results which I hope you like.
